~MII AMO SPA~ ~The Chai Spot~
Tucked into the red rocks of Sedona, Enchantment Resort is the perfect place to relax & rejuvenate from the everyday grind and to embrace the vortex (which takes away all cell service) so that you can truly disconnect.
ROOMS: choose from a standard casita all the way up to a two bedroom suite w/ private pool. All rooms come with a terrace that overlook the stunning red rock view & if I ever return I’m springing for one with a fireplace!
DINING: Che Ah Chi is their signature restaurant that serves breakfast and upscale dinner. I could have had the Bell Rock Omlet every single morning along with the Very Berry smoothie…but I only did that 3 out of the 5 mornings. The dinner menu is very decadent – Duck Fat Confit Jidori Chicken Leg- so honestly one night was enough to indulge in this menu. Ti Gavo serves lunch & dinner (same menu) but with so many tasty options you probably won’t repeat during your stay. Highlights include the flatbreads, burger & street tacos of the day- paired with a spicy margarita! (See Mii Amo Café in SPA)
ACTIVITIES: The resort has a weekly schedule of everything going on & because it is so expansive here is a LINK. I checked off: Hiking Boynton Canyon, a complimentary Pilates class, the famous Pink Jeep Tour and of course the spa.
SPA: MII AMO, A Destination Spa- has received countless awards throughout the years. They have unique signature treatments and with 16 casitas on site you can pick a wellness package and never leave your robe. I went with the signature facial & the prickly pear body scrub & wrap which I highly recommend. All guests at Enchantment have access to the spa facilities which sadly lessened the intimate feel most resort spas have. The café is fresh ingredient focused and the salmon winter salad was one of the best meals of my stay.
I also ventured off property to hike Bell Canyon & shop around Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village. There I found the cutest shop that served a variety of chai teas that transported me back to India- The Chai Spot.
I enjoyed the stunning vistas of Sedona and have added Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend to my list.
