Perfectly located on Church & Market, this boutique property puts you steps from all the best attractions in historic Charleston. Emeline’s décor would be my dream home… if only I were that hip. Check in was a breeze & I received an upgraded on arrival to the Socialite’s Suite.
ROOMS: there are a few room categories to choose from but something you won’t find many places are two king beds- in the Socialite or Nomad. What I loved: the beds- custom embroidered 300TC lines, plush headboard and down pillows! Record player, smart tv to watch Netfix & on every floor a ice and filtered water station (every hotel needs that).
DINING: luckily I made a dining reservation weeks in advance because Frannie & the Fox is the new “IT” spot these days. Start with the Blue Crab Fritters, Pork & Beef Meatballs. Then order any pizza on the menu- I’m coming back for the Taleggio. Great cocktail atmosphere as well with a large outdoor patio section reserved for just bar service. Hank’s is consistently rated one of the best seafood restaurants in Charleston, so I’m sure it’s great. Don’t forget to use your $25 Clerks credit when you book through me to snag some coffee & snacks located in the lobby.
