Strolling NCY: If you find yourself with a free day to roam around the city here is how I hit all the highlights in a day.

I started my day in DUMBO: walk along the waterfront and Jane’s Carousel to get great pictures of the skyline-brunch at Atrium.

Brooklyn Bridge: It’s always been a bucket list to walk across – watch out for bikers and intense runners*my favorite was a man running with a bike bell that he would ding if people got in his way.

Financial District: Battery Park gives views to Lady Liberty then walk along Wall St. for a photo op of the Charging Bull and take time to reflect at the 9/11 Memorial.

Tribeca & Soho: great shopping and time for lunch- Lombardi’s for original NYC pizza, Two Hands for great sandwiches or Black Tap for the most instragramable milk shakes.

Make your way to Washington Square Park: great people watching & lots of benches for a rest.

Shop your way up 5th Ave to the Flat Iron Building

If your feet haven’t fallin off yet hit the High Line:  this elevated park goes from The Standard all the way up to 30th.

Making your way uptown, grab a drink at the uber swanky Baccarat Hotel then have dinner at Momofuku Má Pêche followed by dessert at Milk Bar upstairs.

End your day in Times Square: a must in the evening… just to see all the craziness.
