Cork is a lovely town in southern Ireland that is a great stop over when visiting the famous Blarney stone. From here you can also travel further south to visit the small fishing village of Kinsale along with Old Head Golf Links which offers some spectacular views.
For our brief stay we spent the night at Hayfield Manor Hotel. This 5 Star Manor feels like home with a welcoming staff and cozy bar. The nearby downtown offers a few attractions including the popular English Market.
