Azulik is unlike any property I have experienced in the Rivera Maya…in a good way. This definitely is the spot to decompress and truly getaway. No phone, no tv, no electricity (except for a place to charge your phone) but when you’re lounging in your open air bedroom listening to the crashing waves you won’t mind being unplugged.
A wonderful reason for the lack of lights is Tulum is the main beach area for turtle nesting. So when they hatch at night they only have the moonlight to guide them back to the sea.
